Modus operandi is Nuevos Ministerios in Madrid. It is the process itself, between scales of imagination and projection, and mental images of what a neighborhood would be like over a ministry.

 

It is the first time that dimensions and ambitions are understood as integrating the whole that forms the project. It is understanding how far I am able to go with the tools I have, and trying to act accordingly from Madrid to the neighborhood.

 

It's Madrid, it's a neighborhood, it's a walk, it's a portal, it's a house, it's a window.
